UKG Wallet empowers your financial wellness by giving you access to a percentage of the money you have earned but hasn’t been paid yet. You can access this money in real-time. Any wages you access are automatically deducted from your next paycheck, giving you the flexibility to pay bills and purchase other essentials on your own schedule.

Transfers to debit/prepaid cards are made in real-time and transfers to a bank account are completed in 1-3 business days.

Yes, UKG Wallet can transfer EWA funds to most debit/prepaid cards.

In addition to Earned Wage Access, you can access 1:1 financial coaching and on-demand financial learning tools and resources via the UKG Wallet app. Also, you can use your earned wages to hail an Uber and shop on Amazon, without having to transfer your funds to a bank account or debit/prepaid card.

You can instantly transfer your earned wages to any debit/prepaid cards for a small fee of $3.99. You can also transfer your earned wages to a bank account for a fee of $1.99. If you transfer your funds to a bank account, they will be available in 1-3 business days.

When you download the UKG Wallet app and create your account, you will need your name, phone number, employer, and employee ID. That’s it! You can find your employee ID on your pay stub or ask your manager.

There is no catch! Earned Wage Access isn’t a loan. With UKG Wallet, you have the opportunity to access money that you’ve already earned but just haven’t been paid yet. That means there’s no credit check, and you’ll never pay interest on the wages you access.
